Mental Health and Suicide is Everybody’s Business. Athboy parish Masses will be highlighting the importance of seeking help if you or someone you know find themselves in crisis.  Most people who feel suicidal don’t really want to die; they just want to end their pain.  Looking after your Mental Health will help you manage stress and stay well.  Sometimes high levels of stress may develop into a more serious health issue and if it does it is important to remember you are not alone and there is help available. At the Masses there will be information on the many resources and supports available.
