Celebration of the Lord’s Supper 7.30pm in Athboy Church Adoration at the Altar of Repose until 9pm. On Holy Thursday Jesus celebrated the Last Supper with his apostles. He washed the feet of his friends, he changed bread and wine into his Body and Blood and said, “Do this in memory of me.”

Volunteers are needed to help clean and prepare Athboy Church for Easter, on Tuesday 15th April after 7.30pm Mass.

Bishop Deenihan will celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation in Athboy Church with the girls and boys of 6th classes in Athboy, Rathcairn & Rathmore schools on Friday 28th February at 12noon.

Parents who wish to have their child celebrate the sacraments of Penance and Holy Communion in 2025 are invited to a meeting on Wednesday 18th September at 8pm in Athboy Church. This meeting is for parents only. A "Do This in Memory" candle will be available for purchase for €7 after the meeting.
